Experienced living at the palms
I hope this message finds you well. I am a resident at Palms Pavilion and wanted to take a moment to share my experience. ... Overall, it has been an excellent place to call home. I have lived here for the past two years and recently renewed my lease for a third year, which speaks to how much I've enjoyed living here. The staff truly make this community special. Denise, the property manager, is always helpful and approachable whenever assistance is needed. Debbie is friendly, professional, and consistently provides outstanding customer service. Marisol is attentive, follows up on requests and concerns, and always manages to maintain a positive attitude, even while staying busy with tours and helping residents. The maintenance team also deserves recognition. Obese and Bryan work hard to keep the property clean, organized, and well-maintained. Johan is always proactive in ensuring apartment appliances are functioning properly. Carlos has been excellent whenever repairs have been needed—he responds promptly, communicates updates throughout the process, and gets the job done as quickly as possible. Palms Pavilion is a wonderful place to live for singles, couples, and families alike. The amenities, especially the gym and pool, are excellent, and I'm excited about the upcoming fitness studio, cold plunge, and sauna.
