Pet Policy

• 2 pets per apartment home
• 100 lb weight limit
• $450 one-time pet fee for 1st pet, $150 one-time pet fee for 2nd pet
• $25 pet rent per pet

The following breed restrictions apply - Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf Dog Hybrids and all Pit Bull breeds.
